My first visit to Gentle Care Dentistry for exam and xrays. I have never had such a thorough dental exam or met a nicer group of people. The staff explained everything they were doing and Dr. Hales is wonderful. Had my first cleaning. Totally awesome. No pain or discomfort. Five stars
I went here today to see about getting in plants. Everyone there was so kind and helpful and went out of their way to make sure it was a wonderful Experience. Some of the nicest people in the world. I would recommend them to everybody for their Dental needs.😀👍❤️
What a rude office! They incorrectly file a claim and cause all sorts of trouble with the insurance (until I called three weeks later they would not know that the system did not accept their filing of the claim). Then when trying to sort it out they cause delays and ask repeatedly if there is anything else they can help. The dentist himself seems competent but should be aware what his staff is doing. I know times are difficult to hire competent office help but that does not justify the situation at this dental office. I want... read more
This office has many problems-door to enter do not work, cannot hear me on my cell phone (this is the only one I dealt with that has this problem), got my address wrong as bill returned and never bother to call me, filed claims with my insurance incorrectly, cannot email me my bill, got irrigated when we(me and my husband) called multiple times trying to get them aware of the claims filing problems and need to know how much we owe!!!
