The clinic provided an extremely outdated and painful tooth cleaning. The dental hygienist used a sharp, metal instrument to manually clean my teeth, which felt like they were aggressively knocking and poking at them. I have never experienced such an obsolete method. Not only was it very hurtful, but I am now worried that my tooth enamel has been damaged by this harsh technique.
Dr. Chiu and her staff team are so kind, gentle, and funny! Really comforting atmosphere and services are done with such care. They make it easy to go to the dentist!

I went for Dr. Chiu to have my wisdom teeth removed and she had such light hands and so much patience with me. I went there on Tuesday with a lot of pain and an infection on my bottom right wisdom teeth, she took care of it and came back on Wednesday to extract it. After a very traumatic experience on the extraction of my left side wisdom teeth back in 2014 when I was in pain for about 2 weeks after the removal, I was really scared to go through it again.
