5/5 I had a broken dental bridge for a year and had a fear of having it taken out and not being able to get a replacement. Dr. Chiu informed me before the procedure that I would be able to get a replacement and she was very patient and attentive when removing the broken bridge. She made sure I felt no pain and made me feel comfortable if I had to ask for more anesthetic or if I needed the procedure to stop.
