For the past couple years, as we lived in Atherton, We’ve been driving across the bridge to our dentist in Castro Valley, but with our location, it’s gotten to be such a hassle, and even more difficult finding a clinic with a team that has exceptional customer service. Shima is fantastic! Super friendly, gentle, and somehow manages to make getting your teeth cleaned an enjoyable experience. My teeth always leave happier than they came in!
They have provided our dental services for over 15 years. Service is excellent and their treatments are logical, reliable, and reasonable. Even though we moved to Oregon 3 years ago, we still come to the Bay Area for their care. Absolutely the best!
Dr Fong is the best. He has been our dentist (wife and I) for several years (at least 15) had to get braces and he coordinated braces, oral surgery and some cosmetic work (implant) and made the process seamless. His staff is great too and if there are cancellations try and usually do if time permits gets you in ASAP. Dr.Fong replaced a dentist of 25+ years and I wish we would have gone to him sooner. excellent , friendly, latest technology. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, but this experience comes close.
