We were visiting family in Atherton two months ago when my wife broke one of her dental crowns the day we arrived. I used to dread going to the dentist, but this office has completely changed that for me. It’s modern, clean, and welcoming, and the entire team is incredible. Dr Fong is so patient, reassuring, and skilled at doing things thoroughly, quickly and comfortably! Nothing ever feels rushed or pushy. I cannot say enough good things about this dental office! I have had the worst experience with dentist and said I would never go again. My niece referred me and I went and had my two teeth fixed and he did an amazing job, I felt nothing, he was quick and efficient and I will be recommending him to everyone I know! Beautiful office, kind staff and great care.

The staff at Dental Center of Atherton spent a lot of time helping me understand the complexities of my dental insurance so that I could maximize my benefits! I used to hate my insurance but the staff here helped make sense of it! Thank you!!

Update: Office manager got back to my partner and offered a full refund, which was appreciated. Hopefully staff will be trained to communicate more clearly to prospective patients about their out-of-network status. Original review: Deceptive and potentially illegal billing practices. My partner asked over the phone, "Do you accept Delta Dental insurance?" Their response, "Yes. We accept Delta Dental."
