I even love the drive from Dallas to Advanced Dentistry and I love the whole staff and the Doctors and the Assistants -- everyone. Buyer beware: Financing options easy and plentiful, pricing excellent, owner of the practice highly qualified in advanced surgical procedures. Doctor Karr is stressful unprofessional. He was rude to me and his staff on more than one occasions. He hires inexperienced staffs based on my observations. He was supposed to lead and coach everyone in harmony to accomplish the common goal. Yet he was always quiet and suddenly busted out frustration upon his staff or even patient in my case. Doesn’t return calls. Doesn’t follow up on obtaining their requested medical clearance. My dad is still trying to get bridge work done that was begun in April. Staff is friendly. Just no return calls and the run around is very frustrating.
I don't even know where to begin. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband was scheduled to get "All on 4's". At first everyone seemed so professional and kind. As soon as they received payment it all went downhill. From rescheduled appointments to unanswered phone calls and nobody giving us straight answers. Can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Always make you feel at ease. Quality of care is tip notch and the feeling of being able to smile again is worth more than I can say. I am glad I chose them.
I had appointment with the facility on for three-unit dental bridge. Initially I had a temporary bridge. Broke my 2 teeth when I visit the facility for permanent bridge. Dr Olga was ready to give me root canal on the same day but I refused to have it as I wanted to find out various options. I asked Dr Olga for free treatment and compensation for breaking teeth. Took my money, installed junk in my mouth that breaks weekly, now asking for more money to fix it. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for your dental needs. Dr. Kaar is talented, but he is also so rude I've watched him make assistants cry and the turnover rate is unlike anything I've ever seen.
