RecommendedDr. O and his staff have been great with all of my visits. I would recommend Dr. O. I’ve had teeth pulled and an implant done.
Rude staff, which by the way erroneously gave me an estimate of the service to be performed. In the end, the old "oh, the insurance actually doesn't cover that procedure" came up, and they never assumed their lack of professionalism. Dishonest!! Do not go there!!
RecommendedDr Michael Olabubu is VERY good at numbing me... so NO reason to worry about pain during a dbl implants! (For the first time in my life!) His Tech Maria is wonderful at explaining ahead & during the procedure... and Kate does a fast Scan, too! I am very impressed with everyone at Dr Oladubu's office!
RecommendedI went for a root canal and the treatment from entering the building to completion couldn't have gone better. Dr..Grigsby was very professional and answered all my questions.

I would not recommend Advanced Dental Specialists because their customer service representatives and management does not understand their policies and procedures, nor can they put you in contact with anyone who does. This creates headaches down the road. Trying to get a hold of them is exhausting because you are constantly getting the general voicemail box, being hung up on, or being put on hold only to be hung up on.

RecommendedI had a root canal done on Friday. I had the best experience with Dr. Mehrotra. She is so kind and caring and concerned about your wellbeing. She took the time to listen to my concerns and acted on them. I have not had as good an experience with any doctor listening and acting on my particular needs as I have had with her. She gets my personal recommendation. You couldn’t do better ever.
Stay away from this office. I had a routine tooth pulled by Dr. Mike. While extracting the tooth he manage to fracture the tooth in front of the tooth getting pulled and broke the crown on the tooth in front of that one! Now having gone through several office visits with my Dentist, advanced will not cover costs associated with what this office did to my teeth.
