RecommendedI went for a root canal and the treatment from entering the building to completion couldn't have gone better. Dr..Grigsby was very professional and answered all my questions.
I went to Advanced Dental Specialists for a planned root canal because this facility was covered by my insurance. I was informed of how much a root canal would cost and also an extraction if I needed that. ( I have dental insurance). I ended up having an "incomplete root canal" by Dr. Taylor. I unfortunately was not informed that many insurance companies do not cover this procedure. I know that the receptionists and office personnel are aware of this. Dr Taylor was so professional, genuinely kind and thoughtful. He took the time to answer a question for me in detail and also explained every step of the procedure and checked on me often. I wish I could've gotten in sooner for a root canal, but there's many of us out there that need them I guess! The staff was very nice.
