I’ve been a longtime patient and always had positive experiences until now. After the office went out of network, my insurance claim was never submitted, and I never received my reimbursement. When I asked about it, Dr. Nichols called me back and was unnecessarily aggressive, accusing me of implying they were double-dipping when I was simply asking where my reimbursement was.
