RecommendedVERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND STAFF. WERE ON SCHEDULE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
They don’t return calls. I had to call the office in Riverview to help with my question. After days of waiting for the Brandon office to call. It was just a question that I needed answered. I felt very dismissed. I went there for years and now I’m going somewhere else.

Got fillings, crowns yes from this location with NO pain and love the results!!! Very pragmatic approach to dental care with understanding that’s financial situations vary. I highly recommend!!!!!!!
Terrible management was told I had 0 balance then was charged 350 after I asked for three months why did I have a balance after the fact they told me I didn’t owe anything they told me they fired the old manger an now the new one tells me I have to eat it because of there mess up and did not not help with anything bunch of crooks will not recommend at all

I have been a patient at Advanced Dental for the past 10 years or more. My experience with them as always been top notch until recently. Dr. Van Guentun( (spelling is probably wrong) is a dentist at that location and his personality along with this chair side manners needs lots of improvements. On the other hand, that office has the best dental hygienist. Lawana and Julie. They are professional, cheerful, and great a making you comfortable. If you value your time never go there I waited 2 an half hours for a 10 minute procedure. Appt was at 3 didn't get until 5:15. Not the 1st time they we're running behind. It seems like one hand doesn't know what the other one was doing. If I hadn't already paid I would not have stayed. I will never ever go back. I believe doctors can run behind but I believe they overbook all the time. My opinion and my recommendation 😡
