I had the opportunity to visit this office as a patient, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was welcoming, organized, and friendly. The clinical staff was equally exceptional-professional, attentive and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. It's clear this team truly cares about their patients experience. Highly recommend!

CAUTION: 🚨 SCAM 🚨 I scheduled what I believed would be a routine cleaning. After the exam, I was told I needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $600 out of pocket. My insurance covered other services but did not cover any of the deep cleaning charges. When I declined the deep cleaning, I was told they would not perform a regular cleaning. I felt pressured into an expensive treatment plan and left very disappointed. I would encourage patients to ask for a detailed breakdown of costs and consider getting a second opinion... read more

I had an emergency and the office was able to schedule me quickly and the staff attained all my insurance info prior to arrival. Dr Ivanova and her assistant provided various options to address my concerns with pictures, estimates and pre-approval process. Great service!
