Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I received a separate bill with no explanation, and after reaching out, I was told someone would follow up—but no one ever did. Instead, the charge was sent straight to collections without any communication. That’s completely unacceptable. This feels careless at best and dishonest at worst. There are far more transparent and reliable options in the Clearwater area.
The staff is professional and knowledgeable beyond words. They are also personable and easy to talk to—and they listen and explain thoroughly the answer to every question I’ve lived in Florida almost 20 years and I’ve finally found my trustworthy dental home.
I am extremely disappointed with this dental office and how they handled my daughter’s appointments. On 2/19, my daughter arrived at 3:30 PM for what we were told over the phone was her scheduled appointment time. When she checked in, she was told her appointment was actually at 3:00 PM and was marked as a “no-show.” This is very frustrating considering she showed up at the exact time they had given her. They rescheduled her for today (2/19) at 10:30, only to inform her upon arrival that they no longer accept her insurance. ... read more
