I had been a patient there long before it was just dr vnek. Loved my dentist before him and had a good relationship with dr. Vnek when he took over. All the hygienists over the years have been fantastic for both myself and my son who I raised going there and he had never been to any other office. The office manager called me one day while I was in the middle of a terror attack and was raising her voice at me. I had to ask her to please stop and to please speak to me in Normal tones. Dr. Vnek was my Dentist and a good one. Unfortunately, they or the secretary dropped me for missing this last appt. due to work at the post office. It is worth mentioning Dr. Vnek was with a patient when I called to notify his secretary I would be running late. She informed me He had an emergency in the next room over, and if I was 20 min late he would not have enough time to do the procedure. Dr Vnek always goes above & beyond. He and his whole staff are so extremely knowledgeable & caring. I have been going to Advanced Dental Care for 40 years now, they are the best!
I just moved to the area and I was calling around because it says on their website they have a in house periodontist. However, when I called and spoke my situation to the front desk lady, I was greeted by a rude lady named Louise. I asked how they were and Louise responded angrily that she was FINE. I brushed it off. Then she again rudely interrupted me and cut me off mid sentence as I was speaking and explaining my situation and told me I have to call a different number.
