UPDATE: Dr. Vnek’s response is not entirely accurate. I never said he used permanent cement for any of the temporary bridges. He used it for the actual bridge, decided the color was not satisfactory, then removed it and again inserted the temporary bridge with non-permanent cement. I’ve had pain ever since, as detailed below. Dr. Vnek’s statement that he would have gladly refunded my money or made me a new bridge is a bit incredulous. Dr. Vnek served as my dentist for several years. He is skilled and personable, his equipment and techniques are modern, and his office staff are friendly and efficient. I have no general complaints about his practice. However, I believe a single error of judgment on his part has left me in constant dental pain — every hour of every day — for well over a year. The amazing team at Dr. Vnek's office are unsurpassed in their approach to dental care. Like so many other people, I was terrified of the dentist for years before I found this office. But I've been a patient at Advanced Dental for over ten years now - and these days, I'm comfortable enough to doze off in the chair.
