The staff, hygienist, doctors, etc. are all excellent. The customer service and interpersonal skills displayed shown from the moment you enter until you leave is professional. Kyle cleans my teeth and does whatever else is necessary to keep my gums healthy and teeth free of cavities. I recommend this facility for all your dental needs. I have never encountered a problem.
They don’t return calls. I had to call the office in Riverview to help with my question. After days of waiting for the Brandon office to call. It was just a question that I needed answered. I felt very dismissed. I went there for years and now I’m going somewhere else.

After calling several dental offices with no luck, I was beginning to panic. It’s Friday and my dentist/orthodontist was unavailable until Tuesday. The bracket/wire on my back molar had pushed into my gums making them swollen and had created an extremely painful abscess and lymph node. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr Ho and his assistant who were both very caring and sympathetic.
