I did a long review on yelp. I started seeing Dr Clark after 4 years without a dentist because of trauma from 2 previous dentists. I explained it to Dr Clark and to the hygienist. It went well for about 9 years, and Dr Clark did great work, and I had a lot of dental work over the years. But that trust and respect were broken last week when I showed up for a 2nd crown prep we had discussed. We have been patients for several years and absolutely love Dr. Clark. However, we have experienced ongoing issues with my husband being charged for periodontal maintenance, which our insurance does not fully cover. At no point was he informed that he was receiving periodontal maintenance treatment. When this occurred in prior years, we requested that he only receive routine cleanings, and as a result, the periodontal maintenance billing stopped.
