Great client service!! My son had a couple fillings done and needed an adjustment once the numbness was gone. She came in super early (7am) to adjust his fillings before he had to head back to college.
Doctor Talwar is fantastic!!! I am super scared of having any dental procedures done. I had to go in for 2 fillings and during the process Dr. Talwar repeatedly asked if I was doing ok. This made me feel so good, she knew how nervous I was. She also did the procedure in record time with no discomfort at all. I would and will recommend Advanced Dental to anybody. The entire staff is so polite, professional and friendly. It is a lovely facility as well clean and well equipped with all the latest technology.

Dr Mikhail is a consummate professional. I came to Advance Dental with a honest fear for dentists and dentistry but he made me the most comfortable I have ever felt in a dental setting. The office was very appealing to the eye and clean. Dr Mikhail performed a dental examination on me which hasn't been done in years and explained everything to me along the way, keeping me up to speed with what he was doing the whole time. I found Dr. Mikhail to be honest, knowledgeable, professional and gentle. I am so happy he was referred to me; in fact so happy that I travel from Manassas to Leesburg for him!!! The staff is professional, kind with a great sense of humor which helps when sitting in the dentist chair!!! I previously had a dentist that lied to me on work I needed to have done.
