Dr. Matthew and her team are great! There was virtually no wait, and everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained things to my daughter well too! We love Advanced DDS!
The team is amazing, I had a great experience. From the front desk to the Dortocs office everyone was nice. Best hygienist on the team tpok care of me. The doctors always make recommendations.
I had one appointment here and they told me I needed extensive work. I was suspicious of the amount of work and limitations presented that went to another dentist who confirmed I only needed a fraction of the work they seemed necessary at this clinic. So I decided to not go back. Since then they keep scheduling me for appointments (unbeknownst to me) and I keep calling them back asking them to cancel them since I didn’t make them, I have also explained to them that I’m not a patient of theirs multiple times. Emergency service for a broken tooth. Absolutely terrific and great patient care. Technology on premises to replace with permanent porcelain crown same day. Really appreciate Sabrina for the appointment on a holiday weekend and Dr D’Orlando and his team for the great patient care!
