Keith and his team had incredible transparency throughout the entire bathroom remodel project. From the first walk through they were extremely clear on the price and were transparent throughout each step of the project. They were extremely punctual each day and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. We would definitely hire them again!
We chose ACR for our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel after several friends recommended the company. We were working on a tight deadline and they were accommodating to our needs. Everything turned out beautifully and finished within our timeline. The tilers did a fabulous job in particular. Our project manager, Keith, was very responsive and thorough with communications. We are extremely pleased with the results!
We used Advanced Custom Renovations for two upstairs bathroom remodels. James was here for the quote and he was easy to work with and made great suggestions for the project. They were patient as I made final choices. Once the project started, the project manager Keith was here every day keeping things on track and was always available for questions or concerns. We are thrilled with the finished bathrooms. Would highly recommend.
Highly recommend ACR. Everyone we worked with while redoing our master bath was professional and very responsive. James helped to answer all our questions at the start of the project and Keith made sure everything was completed exactly the way we wanted. ACR was easy to work with and made the project stress free.
Great communication and quality work! We are so pleased with how our bathrooms turned out! UPDATE (3/4/25): We are a little over two years in with our completed bathroom and unfortunaely I have to change this review. We have experienced ongoing issues with the grout in our shower. Since day one, the grout on our shower pan floor has been cracked and crumbling.
