Called the office looking for a new furnace igniter for a furnace ACG installed years ago. Sam was very friendly and helpful. She found the part and was able to order the new part quickly and at a fair price. I called numerous other places in Sheboygan and nobody was willing or able to help locate the part I needed.
New owner Sean tried to scam me. Called him to repair my A/C. Instead I caught him breaking off wire ends and copper tubing pieces right up against the compressor, which he rendered impossible to fix. He then tried to sell me a $40,000 geothermal system. I guess Sean has quite a reputation for this; when I told the company I called for a new system what happened, the guy asked "if I'd had Sean from Advanced out there". I was both impressed and horrified.
Repaired my equipment very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Great company and highly recommend.
Dan DOESN'T OWN THIS COMPANY!!Where do I begin? The first day They didn't call the digger's hotline and took out the internet cable with the first swipe. They flooded my BASEMENT TWICE.. . .Very unprofessional, first starts at noon and wants to work late at night. Tore up my trees... Don't hire this company you will regret every minute of your life.
