Very traumatic, didnt help at all
100% recommend. I have been a client here for 2 years and going here has changed my life for the better. My therapist, James, has been tremendous in helping me through anxiety, intrusive thoughts, etc. He provides and safe place to talk and work through any situation. All of the staff members I’ve ever spoken with here have been extremely kind and helpful. They’ve always been flexible with my schedule and understanding when I need to cancel for any reason. A couple weeks ago I came in wanting to sign up for counseling, and all I could hear was a man who seemed to be VERY upset with a lady behind the desk. I couldn’t see them, I didn’t get that far before I turned around and left because of the way he was talking to her. Extremely rude and belittling. I felt sorry for her, no one deserves to be talked to like that. If your employee is getting in trouble, maybe talk to them privately? I will not be back, I’m not going to take a chance that I get talked to that way!
Absolutely love this office. Completely professional and wonderful with kids! Always feel comfortable and at ease. Friendly counselors who truely care.
