I absolutely love all of the staff at this dentist office. JC is the most wonderfully kind, considerate and caring hygienist. She worked with me the whole time to make sure that I stayed happy and healthy, understood all the billing and insurance and made sure to get me the most help I possibly could when it came to the insurance companies. I am TERRIBLE at understand how any insurance works and she kept all of my things in order, keeping track of myself and my journey the whole time. My wife had an appointment at 1:45 p.m. We got there at 1:30 and proceeded to wait until 2:30 p.m. for her to be seen. During this time, multiple staff were eating lunch. We also were treated to a loud phone conversation in the next room, where the doctor was laughing and joking for 30+ minutes. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but as medical professionals ourselves, we were disappointed.
