I bought a Groupon for six laser hair removal treatments for two small areas. I made an appointment for my first treatment. I showed up to my appointment only to find out that you all could not honor my Groupon because I have dark skin and course hair. To my further mortification, I was given a business card to another business that had "the appropriate" laser for my skin type.
