I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I was billed $1,047 for a routine dental cleaning that my insurance clearly covers at 100%, leaving me with no patient responsibility. When I questioned the charge, it was not corrected right away. The office only removed the charge after I filed a complaint with my insurance company. i appreciate the receptionist at the front desk that receives and answers calls. She is fantastic, she is patient with me each time and helps reassure me when my oldest son is experiencing mishaps with his recent crown that has fallen out for the 3rd time since the first install. I was a bit frustrated with the whole ordeal as i expressed my concerns with the receptionist. I was having horrible tooth pain to the point where I couldn't fully open my mouth. But the front desk lady was able to fit me in the same day and was super helpful with my insurance questions. Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Goodbye bad tooth pain! I will definitely be going back for future dental needs!
I am a single mom with three grown adult sons, my oldest is special needs and i am battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in remission now while still on treatment. That is the reason why my youngest son drives my oldest son to the dental appointments in my place.
