Dr. Salem is the most gentle dentist I ever had. She is very professional and honest with a very kind and helpful staff.
Just an FYI that a couple of Wednesdays ago I had about the best hygiene appt ever at Advanced. The new-for-me hygienist was both very good and very careful for a pain wimp like me. Now no fear or concern for having my teeth cleaned every 6 months!
I want to say i was thinking of coming to this office as i was told it was good last yr with good service and friendly front staff, but now that i wanted to schedule, i have a bad experience with front staff as she seemed to not be able to answer any of my questions efficiently, she left me on hold for long and never returned my call. I had told a family to schedule for her kids 1 week ago and same thing she did'nt have appt soon and said she would call back never did.
