Worst company I could ever work for. No communication from your RNM. No training. I revamped my sites from terrible nurses that didn't have logs of sharps of temp logs etc. And I ordered stuff that was never on stock such as a epi pen. Places had no oxygen...Narcan...no training at one site oh wait 3 hours. Another site a total of 15 hours. You have to constantly watch out for your job because they have no problem firing you. They supposedly were going to fire all the LPN and get RN but there are still their favorite LPN wor... read more
Exceedingly unpleasant company to work for with poor management from the top down. Very little support offered to staff in the rural jails and quick to accuse wrongdoing on staff rather than have open communication. I loved working with the jail staff but ACH made the job unbearable.
