I bought a Konika Minolta bizhub from ACS for a very reasonable price. It was delivered timely and Jim gave my office staff and I all we needed to know once he had it set up. Most importantly, Jim and ACS are responsive for ongoing service issues. He promptly replies to email requests and gives video tutorial links for different capabilities I am trying to use the printer for. Recently, I switched internet providers. We have called on Advanced Copier Solutions to service our Church office copier several times. Jim Bailey knows our Xerox machine! He is always quick to respond when we have a problem. From the start, it was obvious that he had lots of experience and knew what he was doing.
