I use ACS personally and at work. Switching to ACS gives us the ability to call for help and receive prompt assistance. Previously, it may have taken days before our IT team could respond. If one of the ACS employees is unsure how to address a problem, they seek assistance from Jason or other experts in the office to ensure the issue is resolved. We switched to ACS about 4-1/2 years ago and still get the prompt assistance as we got as a new customer. In today's world customer service is key and that is an area they excel in.
