This company is absolutely terrible. I’ve updated my auto pay multiple times and yet they continue to charge me late fees and won’t own up to their own mistakes. If you’re going to increase the HOA fees then auto should be easily adjustable but no you have to delete your old and create a new one by contacting the bank. Communication with this guys sucks.
Very hard company to deal with, you bring up problems and they push it off to you’re HOA board members, not sure why we continue to have to pay for them when they do not provide any help or maintain the community CCR’s
ACS 3.1 star rating is generous considering the lack of customer service that they offer. I just called to ask some questions about our account and Heidi was completely rude and short with her responses. Essentially you can’t talk to anyone on the phone and they tell you just to submit an action item on their website. Totally unimpressed with the way they handle things.
Still a terrible HOA. They do not communicate, the pick and choose what they want to enforce and when. Hard to set up payments and login. Budget is crazy high. The neighborhood has tried to get rid of them for as long as I can remember.
Heidi at ACS is amazing!!! I was having trouble understanding my invoices & was very upset at first calling in. She was very receptive to my frustration, great at solving my issues simply & with ease. There should be a million of her as her customer service was impeccable.
