This HOA is a joke. They don’t maintain or help with anything. Highly recommend to not have them service your property.
I'm board member of Rice Farms Estates HOA in Farmington, UT. I interviewed 4-5 property management companies and called 5 references for ACS before determining that they are the very best for several reasons. We have not been disappointed! First, they have a proprietary software that they created which allows Homeowners, the Board, Management, and Vendors to all log in to view "Action Items" so everyone is on the same page with a written trail of what was communicated, when, and how it's been handled. Our HOA hired ACS based on recommendations from our association bookkeeper and we were very pleased with the level of service, knowledge and expertise they brought to the table. Unfortunately due entirely to a variety of dysfunctions within our own community our contract was terminated prematurely, no fault of ACS's. Their experience and deep understanding of how to properly manage associations truly sets them apart.
