These guys are downright heartless.. I paid my bill for 6 years straight with no issues and then I was unaware when my HOA dues went up by $8/mo. (12 months ago) since they only notify by mail and my mail wasn't being forwarded correctly. They never once sent an email or called me to let me know that I had a small overdue balance and so that goes on for a year without me knowing.
