I am changing my review from one star to four stars because of someone named Sarah. She is the first person that I talk to at advanced community services that was kind, helpful, and followed up. In the past when I would call for help I was dismissed, treated as an annoyance, and did not get any helpful useful information. I don't understand some of negative reviews, we have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. They’re friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about our neighborhood. Every interaction has been positive, and it’s clear they work hard to make our community a great place to live.
These guys are downright heartless.. I paid my bill for 6 years straight with no issues and then I was unaware when my HOA dues went up by $8/mo. (12 months ago) since they only notify by mail and my mail wasn't being forwarded correctly. They never once sent an email or called me to let me know that I had a small overdue balance and so that goes on for a year without me knowing. I would have paid immediately had I know, but it serves them not to tell me because then I was getting a full $25/mo late fee which is 300% each mo... read more
