I expected a thorough check-up and the technician conducted a comprehensive inspection, spending a good hour cleaning coils and checking coolant levels. He also pointed out a minor issue with the drainage line that could have become problematic later on.
After noticing inconsistent airflow in our home, we had them install new ducts and vents which took most of the afternoon, a more comprehensive approach than the patchwork solutions tried by another provider last year. This time, the technician carefully assessed each vent's position for optimal air distribution, resulting in noticeably improved temperature balance throughout the house.
The quote I received from another company was much higher and their estimate for completion time wasn't reassuring, but this HVAC managed to clean the ducts thoroughly in just under two hours. They also showed me before-and-after photos, which was a level of transparency I appreciated.❤

Checked our heating, all set now.
