We had a HVAC replacement after our old system stopped working. Everyone i spoke to from start to finish was very professional and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics which i appreciated. Prices were very reasonable. The guys who did my install were very efficient and respectful of my home. Very easy company to do business with and overall a positive experience.
We called first thing Sunday morning expecting a problem, because it was the weekend, having someone come out. However, Mike came out first thing, and gave us great service. Our oil lines were frozen, and he worked his magic. I found Mike extremely knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant. We are so pleased that we are getting a service contract with them. I cannot recommend Advanced Comfort Specialists and Mike Spatz enough. Thank you.
If your in doubt on any other company choose Advanced Comfort. You won't be disappointed! I own an 80's built bi-level and was looking to add central air/heat pump. Paul explained thoroughly everything in detail even making sure i knew where all vents were going in each room. Installation took a week and his team took such good care of my home. Final product is tremendous and I've already seen a reduction in my electric bill going into winter (had previous baseboard heating). I should have done this years ago.
Mike was great, my heater stopped working on the coldest day of the year. He got it working and cleaned the system. Definitely recommend Advanced Comfort Specialists.
