Johnny Lee, service tech, from Advanced Comfort just left. He did a very through job servicing my heat/hot water boiler for the winter. He explained things as he went along and asked if I had any questions. He was very positive, pleasant and professional. Met him once before when he and another service tech by the name of Matthew came to repair a hot water pressure valve that went bad in the middle of the night.
