I was told to expect someone to work on my AC unit on a certain day, but I wasn’t given a time. As noon began to approach, and I hadn’t heard anything, I was beginning to worry. At just that moment, Scott called and asked if I had a repair scheduled for that day. I told him I did, and he told me that they were actually closed that day but not to worry, he would be right out.
