I have used these folks twice now. Tracy is an awesome knowledgeable guy who cares about his customers. Christmas Eve when nobody will help and it's cold as heck, he came out late and helped to get our heat going again. A bigger outfit said Wednesday was the soonest. Nope. Again someone that cares! Tracy and his crew provided a great install and good service and we’re very prompt at returning phone calls in the process of purchasing and replacement of our existing unit. However now that we have paid for a full unit replacement it certainly feels like since they have gotten our money on a big expense we are just not important anymore for the service side. We had an appointment that was a no call no show on their part and my voicemail to Tracy also went un-answered as I left a voicemail directly with him after a missed a... read more
