I just want to thank ACT for helping me with warranty on my clutch. First, I called and spoke with Eric and he helped me get the process going.... I sent my pressure plate and the inspection process verified that the pivot ring was broken.... their team replaced it, shipped it back in beautiful safe packaging, then we installed it, and now my car runs great!!! After two months of not knowing the issue to finding it and fixing it, ACT really made the process quick and painless. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Clutch Failed After 3,000 Miles, Warranty Denied Despite Significant Financial Impact I purchased an ACT clutch kit and flywheel for my 2017 Subaru WRX expecting a product that would meet or exceed OEM reliability. Purchased a clutch from these guys and I have to say their customers support team is world class. You could ask for better people to deal with. Quick, responsive, and just all around good people. Ask for Mike R and either him or his team will get you squared away. If I could hit 6 stars I would!
Let me start off by saying that all of my problems regarding my situation were self-inflicted. Although I’m in the industry, the experimentations on my SRT4 Had been challenging. That is until Eric took the time out of his days To help me understand a few things about pressure plate, travel, release, bearing spacing, and overall finding a solution. If they were not for his help, I might’ve wasted even more time and money. Thank you, Eric!
