Purchased a clutch from these guys and I have to say their customers support team is world class. You could ask for better people to deal with. Quick, responsive, and just all around good people. Ask for Mike R and either him or his team will get you squared away. If I could hit 6 stars I would!
Let me start off by saying that all of my problems regarding my situation were self-inflicted. Although I’m in the industry, the experimentations on my SRT4 Had been challenging. That is until Eric took the time out of his days To help me understand a few things about pressure plate, travel, release, bearing spacing, and overall finding a solution. If they were not for his help, I might’ve wasted even more time and money. Thank you, Eric!
Really terrible customer service experience and they don’t stand behind their products. Switched to another clutch brand and symptoms went away immediately.

My experience with ACT has been extremely frustrating and costly. I purchased an ACT clutch kit and flywheel (through Raptors Racing) that ACT themselves later confirmed does not fit my vehicle — despite still advertising it as compatible. ACT partially covered the first round of damage, paying me $1,600 of the $2,571 bill from my mechanic. But after that, things only got worse.
