Had a horrible experience with this agency. Not because of the home health staff that cared for my 95 year old uncle. His caregivers and nurses were pleasant and professional. It was the rude and callous way that he and I were treated by someone on the management team that left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't wish this agency on anyone! While on a trip from Canada to Scottsdale, AZ, my daughter was in need of medical attention for a leg wound which she had suffered on her vacation. I was extremely pleased with the excellent care she received from ACA Wellness and their attention to making sure her recovery/healing process was going well before her return to Canada.
