Addison notified me when he was on his way to my home and arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He cleaned my dryer duct which was mostly clogged due to poor installation by the builder. Addison showed me the evidence of the poor workmanship before disposing of it. I will definitely use Advanced Cleaning Technologies in the future!
