The proprietor did an excellent job. Went above and beyond. Very thorough work arrived on time and finished on time. Good initiative. I have moved three times and asked his help to clean my carpets all three times I got my damage deposit back.

I made an appointment a month ago and was told it was a go then a few days later received a confirmation text. Assuming it was set the day before his scheduled arrival I texted asking a question after moving all of our furniture for the cleaning and was then told it had been cancelled due to not enough people to make it worth his time.. which I understand what makes me upset was that I was never contacted and told it was cancelled. Does a Great Job! Just had them do our house and yeah stains are gone! They have done 3 of our rentals too. House always smells sooo good when they get done! Thanks bunches!

Toby and his crew are awesome. Very polite and very knowledgeable about taking care of tough carpets. Very reasonably priced, and Toby takes excellent care of his customers. Toby also takes a lot of pride in his work, and dedicates the time and money on quality equipment.
