A pipe burst at night and we had water covering 2 floors of our home all the way down to the basement. We called Advanced and Bryon came out within half an hour to assess everything. The next morning his team was there removing damaged areas and ensuring no mold would form with huge dehumidifiers and fans. Everyone at Advanced has been friendly and easy to contact, and they saved our house from being damaged further. Very grateful for their services.

AC&R cleaned our hvac system and even the dryer vent. We hadn’t had it done in years. It was so great to come home to that stale smell completely gone. The team they sent were so nice and polite and professional. Highly recommend!

These people are the best of the best from start to finish. Simple and easy to make an appointment for an estimate on a carpet cleaning for an apartment. I was given an appointment with a half hour window and was told the technician would have all the equipment needed to do the job should I agree with the cost. Technician showed up in the 30 minute window, said he could do the job and even asked I stay to see the results when finished. Job well done and very pleased. After returning home from vacation at 11pm, we opened our door to massive amounts of water pouring down, our ceiling on our floor, as well as significant damage throughout the house. Advanced Cleaning and Restoration Services was on scene and setting up first thing the following morning! They have all been very, very professional, empathetic, reliable, and respectful. My family highly recommends this company!
