Very disappointed. Made an online appointment after getting confirmation and 30 min before the appointment I get a call saying there was a glitch in the system and they are fully booked and won’t be able to see me. I told them I had to change my schedule after getting the confirmation email and I was ready to come in later that day as soon as the Dr is available because I was in lot of pain but they couldn’t adjust at all as the Dr was super busy. I had a great experience! Was suffering from shooting lower back pain and stiffness as a 24 year old former college athlete. I didn’t want to get the steroid shot and wanted a permanent fix not a temporary one. Started going to Dr. Wang and after about 2 months I was able to all the activities I was used to doing such as lifting weights, sleeping comfortably, running, sitting down pain free. I went in after seeing an add/ promotion on Facebook. I had a comprehensive work up done I spent about an hour there and an hour driving to and from Oakland. Then I was asked to return to go over the findings. I requested that the findings could be reviewed over a zoom call or email. I was told I needed to go back in person. I drove for a second visit an hour in the rain and sacrificed another hour of my time to just to go over a treatment plan that would be over $2,000.00 worth of treatment over the course of six weeks. Dr. Wang was very detailed in the initial consult and explained what his treatment style was. I started with the regular package and now go for maintenance. I definitely have noticed a reduction in both neck and back pain and discomfort. Will continue with the maintenance since it has benefits for me.
I’ve seen a huge difference in my spinal health. My symptoms of having numbness in my hands and feet is almost gone. Doctor and staff are always super nice
