As a former athlete, and someone who’s in the gym and always moving, it’s wildly important to see a chiropractor. I cannot state that enough. This weekend, I tweaked my back out of alignment for what feels like the millionth time in the last month, but this time it was different. Incredibly painful. I could barely walk.
