I was seen in the Palmerton office for follow-up care following a work related injury to my right foot. They placed me on restrictions, but never provided me with paperwork explaining my restrictions and to make matters worse the never sent any paperwork, mot even a post-it note, to my company s work comp department. They never took or order follow-up x-rays either, how could they possibly know what the appropriate restrictions were without x-rays?
