Very disappointed with how their front desk staff are. It’s been over a month that they’ve said they haven’t received my medical records and then they come up with different excuses that it’s either the doctor can’t take me in due to capacity, to that they haven’t received my medical records still the next day. The sad part has been that not once have I received a call back from them it’s been me calling them every day. They need to get trained better because it’s such an inconvenience.Definitely looking somewhere else.
I love Dr. Torres but the ladies in the front that are in charge of scheduling have no idea what they’re doing, I got scheduled for a appointment got here on time then I showed up and all of a sudden my appointment is nonexistent. So unprofessional
It is literally impossible to get established as a patient here in El Paso for non-pregnancy related women’s healthcare. I called ACWHP 3 months ago to get an appointment and upon arrival to my appointment, I was informed the doctor selected does not take new patients and she only does OB/GYN, not women’s healthcare. ??? Ok. So I made another appointment with another doctor which the receptionist selected, for the next month. So often in todays world we’re very critical of others ESPECIALLY medical staff. I must take a minute to share my appreciation, joy and thanks for all the ladies in this office. I haven’t been a patient long but a frequent flyer. From the first call to schedule and all the appointments thus far, I’ve felt genuinely cared for, heard and seen.
