Went after hearing a loud pop in my shoulder and couldn't raise my arm. This guy did not do any type of examination, just immediately wrote an rx for an X-ray and MRI, a 5 minute visit. He did not describe why the imaging was medically necessary on the rx slip. He then withdrew the rx's without my knowledge or informing me so my insurance did not approve the imaging.
