This provider only wanted my money, they didn’t care about me. They arbitrarily "closed" my account after I hadn't been in for one month. Which was merely a scheme to get me to have another 'intake' appointment that they could bill my insurance provider for before I could see the doctor. Such a scam. Also the staff could not be more rude or unprofessional if they tried.
