The owner Mark came out to help with an emergency pet stain. The stain was extremly tough and mark came back a second time and was able to remove the stain and restore the carpet back to a condition that we havnt seen after many others before him have tried.

BEWARE!!!! We received a coupon from ACR in the mail, which advertised a 350 sq. ft. cleaning for under $50. It sounded like exactly what we needed for our living and dining rooms, so we scheduled the appointment. When the ACR guy arrived (Mark), he IMMEDIATELY went into sales mode and tried to sell us services we did not want/need. Recently, I had Advanced Carpet Restoration to my house for re-stretching and cleaning. The carpet is about 8 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. We have kids and pets so I wasn`t sure it would come out. The results were fantastic!! I`ll be able to keep the carpet for many more years (with regular cleanings now). The job they did was so good, I referred them to my sister, who used them as well.

When I purchased my first home earlier this year I knew I needed to have someone come in and give the carpet a good cleaning (in hopes of avoiding carpet replacement). I have 3 guys in my rental property. They are all 21 years old and I have white carpet (need I say more?). To make sure I get the results I need I call Advanced Carpet Restoration. We bought a new house in South Minneapolis a few years ago and first tried Advanced Carpet Restoration to repair our basement carpet. They did an excellent job and came in exactly at the quoted price. We've used a number of different carpet cleaning services over the years, but ACR provided a level of service above the others. I`ve used Advanced Carpet Restoration twice and the results were outstanding!! The first time we moved out of our townhouse and had severe pet stain/odor problems. ACR got all of the stains/odor out!! The next day we had them clean our new home and the carpet looked great after it dried, as well. I`ve loved their work so much I referred them to my mom who has already set up an appointment and I`m looking forward to hearing what the results will be.

They are HORRIBLE. The technician upsold us,(he was very polite) but still sold us on a service we didn't think we needed. Didn't take care of the issue we initially called on so we called to have them out again, and still no difference. My wife called and s/w the owner to see what could be done. He yelled at her and hung up on her shortly after. STAY AWAY!!!!

Told one price over the phone and charged TWICE as much when they came out. The person cleaning the carpets refused to leave with out the money and broke several things on the way out.
