Courteous on the phone and in person. The worker was pleasant to have in the house, and he was experienced at all aspects of rugs. Gret service and up front pricing. (I had called Carpet Guys to remove nailed -in carpets going up a stairway and a down a hallway, when I suddenly realized that the painter scheduled the next day would not be able to paint far enough down with the carpet in place.
This business has prevented me from having to deal with a lot of hassle. They complete the task in an excellent manner, are always on time, and have a professional demeanor. Anyone who need the cleaning of an area rug or any other type of carpet or upholstery service is highly recommended to use this firm by yours truly.
I have to say, having had my sofa cleaned by them for some time, that they are the best. I adore how cautious they are to rearrange everything so that, when they're done, nothing is left behind.
