Oliver arrived right on time and was very detailed during the pre-interview to ensure he understood my needs. I also requested to have two mattresses cleaned, and he was more than happy to help with that. He really went above and beyond, leaving the carpet looking brand new. I have been using Advanced Carpet Cleaners for several years to clean my oriental rugs and my armchairs, which get dirty from my dog. They come right to my home, clean the armchairs and stairs, and then take the rugs back to their facility for washing. Once they are ready, they return and help me set them up again. During the cleaning, some dirt from the subfloor came up into the carpet, creating a striping effect. However, the staff returned twice at no extra cost to ensure the carpets were spotless. I just booked with them yesterday. They did an very sad job to say the least. They did not have commercial equipment and left the floors soaking wet. Here are pictures. I had two of their employees hang up on me while I politely requested a refund. They said they would have management call me and its been an entire day and no one has contacted me.
