I finally found my go-to carpet cleaning service! Oliver is truly the best carpet cleaner I've ever had. He takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done and lets you know what's happening during the cleaning process. My carpets have never looked this fresh and spotless. I had my carpets "cleaned" by this company yesterday. They did an overall terrible job. The technician that they sent spoke only Hebrew, so we had to communicate through a translation app. As soon as he had looked over the job, he told me that to get a good result, I needed to go the their next highest level from the basic that was quoted to me, $350 vs $124. the owner was very responsive, patient, and kind when i needed to change my carpet cleaning appointment twice. he also confirmed the cleaning the day before and let us know who would be coming out on the day of service. we had tanner, oliver, and another technician, and all three were so professional and friendly. they worked together shampooing and steam cleaning our carpets. oliver even did a final carpet brushing, which was new to me. tanner made sure to answer our questions and gave us helpful information. our old light ... read more
