This is the WORST company EVER!!!! The scheduler doesn’t communicate and let you know when a nurse has called off!!! It’s hard to get a nurse that is competent and wants to come to work!!! If it wasn’t hard to change companies, I would have done so a long time ago!!!!
This company formerly known as Advanced Care Pediatrics. I am a current field nurse with them & am dismally disappointed with client support in addition to ACP opting to drop Aetna insurance for SUBPAR Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. To put the cherry on top, I contribute the maximum amount to my HSA pre-tax healthcare spending account & they have yet to get my card to me despite several phone calls & messages to HR over 2 months. We had a good nurse with this company, but after she quit us for personal reasons, they are not able to provide us a new nurse for more than 6 months. I followed up with the scheduling lady every month, she was always quick to respond and telling me they don't have a nurse available yet. So at the end we had to transfer to other providers. Maybe I should have transferred sooner, we were always hoping our nurse could come back and work with us again.
