It is a very traumatic experience for me to have blood drawn. I have extreme anxiety. Most of it exacerbated because I have floating veins and unfortunately for me there are many technicians that are not gentle, patient, kind, careful and proficient. I have left offices bruised physically and emotionally drained. I have walked out of doctor’s offices after being stuck 4 and 5 times by technicians who had no compassion. I want to say thank you to Erica Morales and Dr. Rao.for making my first experience a pleasant one. You are... read more
