First and foremost I want to say thank you all for taking good care of me! The doctors nurses and staff we're great and very attentive to my needs. Thank you all so much the bottom of my heart I am grateful and blessed to have been able to come here to get better. If you or your friends or family members need good care in a hospital please I recommend you to come here first and check it out or simply call and ask questions. I had a stoke left leg and arm could not use. This place with their therapist pt,ot,and speech got me using both leg and arm in short time. Very sweet folks there. Nice place
I am extremely dissatisfied with the care provided at this facility. My uncle has been a resident for over two months, yet his condition does not appear to be improving. The nursing staff seems indifferent to his needs, and their decision to sedate him to avoid dealing with him is concerning. Unfortunately, he is currently hospitalized with an infection and a reported altered mental status.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for taking care of Sandy Rubio-Boitel while she was there. I am sure most of you know of Sandy’s passing on April 10th at Mountain View Hospital. Special thanks to our case worker Richard.
My mom is on her way out after three weeks. The staff has been wonderful and I want to say a special thanks to Richard our wonderful case worker who worked so hard to make her discharge happen!! I also want to thank the amazing CNO Adrian who was so caring and supportive and comforted my mom when she needed it the most. This lady even did some wound changes for my mom wearing heals!!! And finally thank you to Cierra and Kim and all the rest of the wonderful staff here. Thanks for helping my mom get through this trying time.
