The reason for 2 stars and not 1, is because I had my first appointment with Kristin Serrato and it was great, she was knowledgeable, very easy to talk too, listened to me and seemed to really care. But after that nothing worked. After over 2 weeks of getting my stools test done, and no call back, I called and they already had my results for over 1 week just seating there!
