Love my Kaiser care teams. Willie is my favorite nurse. He works with Dr Conway in podiatry. They’re both awesome. My primary care Dr Crossing is also wonderful. You can tell they really care about what they do. I am always treated as a whole person and not just like they are dealing with whatever issue I am having at the moment. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! 💗

If I could give a lesser amount of stars I would. Kaiser has become a garbage can of healthcare because they are trying to make everything "easier to use to maximize your healthcare" and they have made everything worse. Every time I need a prescription, I have to call at least 3 times to make sure they will fill it after my first initial request on their useless app. They have forgotten me in the imaging department and no one made a effort to apologize except for the woman who found me.
