KEEP your copay receipts!!! Not only was this office a mess, with 45+ minutes wait times and that’s after I was taken back and left in a room for 45 minutes waiting for my Dr. But they on 2 separate occasions tried to bill me twice for my copay. Currently having to send in proof of payment. Thankful I have 1 physical receipts and the other on my bank statement. But having to dig for hours for answers is exhausting. Absolute Trash, Recently my grandma has been dealing with cancer and we were recently told for the past 6 months her chemo treatments were not working. Dogshit commmunication. Trash Medical system. Thanks Alot Dr Fru.
