I remember a time at this office that you could call and talk to somebody, or the doctor would actually talk to you on the phone. That has changed however. If you want your phone calls to go unanswered and voice mails basically mean nothing because they won’t call you back or have them cancel your appointment without telling you then this is the place for you. If you love being mistreated, have your messages rot in voice mail of a staff member who is on vacation for 3 weeks, have your appointment rescheduled without knowing because a staff member doesn't like you, and generally just like being treated like trash, then this is the place for you ! Maybe sometime a Doctors office might realize that patients are actually customers ! However, I doubt it.
