Don't waste your time if you think something is wrong. In 2020 I had an appointment to get there and find out someone messed up and didn't schedule my appointment. Then a couple weeks ago I had an appointment because I believe something is seriously wrong with me and because my heart started racing and had to pull over on the way to the appointment and I would have been 5 minutes passed their 15 minute late policy they just canceled my appointment.
