I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Katelynn was so upsetting that I feel obligated to share it. This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a healthcare professional. From the moment we interacted, she was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily mean. Very pleasant experience. Receptionist was kind, as was nurse practitioner. I really like both doctors. I read some of the poor reviews and find that interesting. Being 9 minutes late for a 15 minuteppointment is a big deal when you work in this profession.
FYI, Not a happy place. The two conversations my wife had with staff on the phone were horrific. In one she was trying to get her prescription refilled and didn’t know the name of the drug they prescribed. They seemed to find it funny and told her that if she didn’t know the name how were they supposed to? While listening to her conservation on speaker phone they almost seemed sarcastic, rude and lacking in empathy. Not the best, save the stress and cross this place off the list.
Beyond disgusted with the conversation my mom had with the receptionists at this place this morning. She has been a full time caregiver for her husband suffering from cancer and hasn’t been able to get to the cardiologist for the past two years, the lady on the phone told her she “needs to get her butt there” and my mom explained why she hasn’t been able to go due to her husband’s cancer and the lady said, “we all know, you’ve said that atleast 5 times” sounding like her and the other receptionists were talking about her or ... read more
